The booking is valid only after receiving a written confirmation from L’aparthoteL.
If you indicate on your reservation request either a wish (location, floor, view, etc…) or a specific need (crib, etc..) we will do our best to satisfy you within the limits of our availability however this extra service does not constitute a contractual warranty. The unsatisfaction of a wish or a rental can not under any circumstances be a reason for any cancellation or a pretext for any refund request or any compensation whatsoever.
We remind you that an accommodation originally planned for a limited number of occupants can not under any circumstances be occupied by a greater number of people. You will be asked to provide us with the exact number of people housing in your flat and their ages. Any overtaking could be either refused or alternatively be subject to extra charges. The elements, pictures or writings on the catalog are not contractuals.
The prices indicated in our rates are mentioned in Euros and are displayed in our flats.
The provision of housing, water and electricity consumption.

The tourist tax payable at your departure variable depending on cities, optional benefits.
Household: At your arrival the flat is clean. It is your responsibility to wash the dishes.
Sheets and towels are replaced once a week. Extra household cleaning or change of sheets are possible and billed as supplements.
Pets are not allowed.
Telephone service consumption proportional to the number of pulsations.
Rental for overnight or monthly stay, according to our prices in place (upon reservation and availability)
If circumstances require it, in case of force majeure events, independent of our will, we may be forced to suspend partially or totally our services. As well as the total or partial closure of a common equipment (cafeteria, terrace, garden, parking…)
Arrivals and departures
Residence: apartments are available from 4 pm the day of your arrival. They must be released in perfect cleanliness the day of your departure before 11 am. For short stays, apartments are available from 4 pm the day of your arrival. Any arrival before noon is possible with luggage deposit, but does not allow access to the studio except with the agreement of L’aparthoteL.
The day of your arrival you will be provided with all the information required for your stay. You will be kept informed and responsible for non-compliance with these conditions.
The day of departure any occupant must leave the dishes clean.
The hotline is set up for emergencies only.
For stays, said long, over than seven nights, a signed inventory accompanied by a check of deposit is requested at the latest 48h after the arrival. This deposit, 500 euros will be requested upon your arrival as a guarantee for the accommodation. It will be returned either directly at the end of your stay, either by mail when you leave within one month, after your departure, after deduction of ancillary services consumed on site, compensation for any damage caused and / or the poor state of cleanliness of the accommodation.
All our rental locations are non-smoking.
Cancellation conditions before arrival
Stay from 1 to 3 nights: no charge until D-2. Beyond, one night will be charged.
Stay from 4 to 14 nights: no charge until D-5. Beyond, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Stay from 15 to 30 nights: no charge until D-10. Beyond, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
Stay from 31 nights and over: no charge until D-15. Beyond, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged (within one month)
A no-show will be subject to these cancellation conditions.
In case of interruption of the stay or partial cancellation before arrival, cancellation fees will apply as indicated above, on the amount of the stay not consumed.
From the day of notification, the rate for the nights remaining due, will be updated on the basis of the rate of the entire final stay. This extension is without obligation of maintenance in the same apartment and subject to availability for the overall duration of the stay.
